Iam biological and I am a woman. How is it insanity for me to call myself a "biological woman"? I wouldn't call myself
a cis woman, though, or AFAB, because I'm neither of those things.
Um, also, please don't conflate schizophrenia with being a TERF or other breed of scummy person that cultivates
misconceptions of those they hate. A wilful lack of intellectual integrity is far from the same thing as a psychotic
delusion.

There is a solid argument to be made (which I agree with myself) that "biological sex" is as much a socially
constructed category as gender identity is. There are observed biological traits - chromosomes, genitalia, secondary
sex characteristics, statistical averages about height and weight and such, but the variations in those traits are so
broad that there's no objective reason to lump them together into two binary categories outside of social contexts.
Beyond the fact that this tends to result in attempts to FORCE people to fit inside one of those two binary boxes
(surgeries performed on intersex folks, for example...), there are AFAB women who have the same broad shoulders I
do, who also grow facial hair, who have deeper voices than I do, so on and so forth.
"Biological" is just another way of denoting "true," just like natal. Its appealing to some "essence" of gender which
doesn't exist. The dichotomy between trans women and cis women (and trans men and cis men) is set up to imply
that the cis person is still more legitimate.
