Has anyone else experienced a "phantom womb" (ser.asktransgencer)

So, I'm a MTF, not full time yet, I've known for 1,5 years, I noticed this happening to me very frequently, everytime I
think about having a female body, or engaging in sexual activities having a vagina, I feel kind of a warmth inside me,
in my belly, almost like I have a womb, and it feel like it's in the place the uterus would be if I had one. Now, it could
be a physiological reaction to anxiety or some other stuff, but it feels more intense than my usual butterflies in the
stomach, and it happens constantly. Has anyone experienced this, or someone knows is I am overreacting to
something ordinary ?? PS: Don't know of this changes anything, put I am pre-everything, starting HRT in some weeks
