And you may be able to get one covered by insurance. | never thought | could afford one, and it took five
years of fighting the insurance company. but it finally happened. My co-pay was $250. Travel costs weren't
covered, but post-surgical care at a rehab facility is, and that includes a room for three weeks, nursing care,
wound care supplies, and food. Altogether, it looks like my out-of-pocket expenses will be under $1000.
