Blanket refusal to even consider a trans person on the
mere basis of being trans is transphobic.
Don't like penis? That's ok, not all trans women have a
penis so judge on a case by case basis. Think some trans
women look too masculine? That's ok too but that's also
individual.

There's no justifiable reason to make a blanket refusal to
being as open to the possibility of being sexually attracted
to a trans woman (or trans man) as you would any other
woman (or man).
Transphobia is the only explanation.
