Of all the things they could have used, they really had to go with this anti-trans trope? If they don't care about excluding a bunch of women (trans & intersex) from their definition, then why not other similarly as arbitrary names like "r/shoulderlengthblondehair” or “r/5ft5t08"? It almost really feels a bit too on the nose to be accidental - the chromosomes pseudo- argument is literally the first thing TERFs & friends come out with when trying to decimate transgenderism with le science Ben Shapiro style... yet that's how Reddit chooses to define women?
